Two Good Co

Two Good Co is a not-for-profit organisation that’s helping turn around the lives of Australian women in need.

They’ve pioneered an innovative program for women escaping domestic violence, along with issues like homelessness and substance abuse.

The program called WorkWork combines cooking and employment-training.

During each four-month program a new group of women work in - and manage - a fully-operational commercial kitchen, delivering over 2000 meals a week.

It’s a tough environment - and for those still dealing with the emotional and mental scars of their previous lives, the challenges are enormous.

With the help of some of Australia’s best chefs and corporate leaders - as well as volunteer coaches and mentors - the women are schooled in self-esteem, job interview training and other social and professional skills that have fallen by the wayside.

Thanks to Two Good these are remarkable stories of transformation and triumph against all odds.
