Premiering on Nine in May 2023, this new 6 x 1 -hour factual series - narrated by multi-award-winning Australian actor Brendan Cowell - follows the men and women of the Police Rescue units in the Sydney and Blue Mountains areas of New South Wales, as they deal with the daily dramas of rescue work.

The NSW Police Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit support regular police in high-risk incidents such as cliff and mountain rescues, missing person searches, sieges, bomb disposal, counter terrorism & vehicle incidents among many others.

This select group, who come from a diverse range of backgrounds, are at the heart of this series, They’re among the best-trained and hardest working rescuers in the world and are bound by a deep and abiding sense of loyalty - not only to the Police Force and each other, but to their mission of saving those in danger.
