MY COUNTRY KITCHEN captures the beauty and bounty of all four seasons, as former Tasmanian chef Paul West sets up his own sustainable farm on the far South Coast of New South Wales in Australia. Like the good old days when home-cooked meals, made with homegrown ingredients, were shared with loved ones.

Most importantly, Paul turns his homegrown produce into delicious fare! He brings the nostalgia of our grandparents’ recipes to life. From hearty soups and slow-cooked casseroles to tips on preserving, pickling & making jam, and of course, mouth-watering desserts.

What he can’t forage, grow or raise himself, he’ll trade, barter or source from the many like-minded locals who not only help him make meals for the table, but food for the soul.
